Attorney Gruhn is the founding and sole
partner of the firm established in January 2007 and has been serving as of counsel to Knuteson, Powers &
Quinn SC since December 2008. Prior to
starting his own practice, he worked for Corneille Law Group LLC in Madison,
Wisconsin, as an associate litigation attorney. There, his practice focused on defending
insurance companies, and their insureds, against civil lawsuits brought upon
them alleging personal injuries sustained as a result of negligence and/or
liability. Such cases stemmed from
injuries and damages sustained in car accidents, slips and falls,
construction mishaps, from doctor/hospital malpractice, and in contract
disputes. Prior to working with
Corneille, Attorney Gruhn interned with the Honorable David T. Prosser of the
Wisconsin Supreme Court and served as a law clerk with the personal injury
firm Pitman, Kyle & Sicula, S.C. in Watertown, Wisconsin. Since he opened his own practice,
Attorney Gruhn remains dedicated to providing his clients with unparalleled
personal attention and aggressive representation in personal injury and other
litigated matters. In addition, he is
experienced in the areas of Criminal Defense, Divorce & Family Law and
Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning. Attorney Gruhn received a Bachelor of
Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and his Juris
Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of
Wisconsin and the Racine County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all Wisconsin
state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of
Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Western District of
Wisconsin. Attorney Gruhn was born and raised in
Racine County, Wisconsin. He serves as
President of the Board of Directors of Racine Instinctive Bowmen and is coach
of the Union Grove High School Mock Trial team. |
